For certain clients we sub-contract some of the resourcing work to other recruitment companies in order to get access to the largest possible pool of candidates. This approach is appropriate when candidates with the required technical experience are hard to find or are outside our specialist areas. Campaign Management
An advertising campaign is sometimes appropriate if you have multiple vacancies or if you wish to raise your company or service profile.
We work with you to identify the most suitable advertising media for the campaign and to prepare the media material, and we manage the response and the recruitment process on your behalf.
Salary surveys and benchmarking
Prevention is better than cure. We can help you find out whether or not you are paying your staff the market rate. We can also help to identify training needs by checking staff skills profiles against others in the marketplace.
Testing
When appropriate we will administer third-party or bespoke technical, psychometric and personal profile tests on your behalf.
Outplacement
We can provide careers advice, interview preparation, psychometric analysis and personality profiling to staff who are to be displaced.
