Alex reached out while I was still in my previous role and wasn't actually looking for a new position. I was happy where I was not knowing what was on the other side. After speaking for a while, he really opened my eyes on the potential I was missing out on. He really got to know me and just exactly what I wanted for my career. I was provided with several roles to choose from being able to Yay or Nay and shortlist my options to positions that I was looking forward to. Through the recruitment process I was essentially able to do one short interview for all the places I wanted to go forward with. I eventually did an in person interview for 2 of the places and got an offer from each. Now after 8 months of being with the company I can truly say this has been the perfect position for me and mounds better than where I was before.

Pros:
> Get to know you as a person
> Spend time looking for the right position
> Provides options on where to apply
> Application process is super straight forward
> Definitely some more but like I said, 8 months ago they helped me out so can't remember them all

Cons:
> Could've reached out sooner (joking aside there really isn't anything bad to say, the whole process could only be described as perfect)

My experience contracting with Blues Point as been excellent from start to finish. They have great relationships with their clients. They can explain to potential contractors/employees not only what the business of the client is about but also the culture. When I went for an interview with client I found that I was well matched with my skill set. When I started contracting payments from Blues Point were set up swiftly and were always on time. For me this was weekly. I would not hesitate in recommending Blues Point. Many thanks for their fantastic service.

After being made redundant in October 2020, I have been in recent contact with several recruitment agencies with the hopes of getting a job. Before this, I had dealt with recruitment agencies both as a job seeker and as a client. Let's be honest - recruitment agencies are often seen by many as being anything from vermin to tolerable and in many cases, this is probably justified. My past experiences [with other recruiters] range from failing to call me back to enticing me onto their books over coffee for a job that wasn't available. As a potential client, many recruiters continuously called despite them being told that no positions were available.

This wasn't my experience with Blues Point. Right from the start, Steph was honest and went out of her way to answer questions for my benefit. As a person that likes to be kept in the loop, confirmation emails related to even seemingly minor updates were appreciated. As a job seeker, you are essentially a resource to a recruiter but I felt like a person throughout the process.

Whilst I can't comment on Blues Point from a client point of view, I'm certain the values and level of service would remain.

Thanks Steph for helping me not only land the job but change career in the uncertain times of Covid.

Blues point have been absolutely amazing throughout this process. I have mainly been in contact with Steph Lunn who has been super helpful keeping me updated throughout the process.

Steph also reached out to me via FaceTime to go through the company I was applying for and provide information and useful interview techniques and tips which really did help on the interview day.
