IT Support Analyst – 1st/2nd line
-1st and 2nd line IT helpdesk experience
-Supporting Windows desktop
-MS Office 365
-Good documentation skills
-Knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous

Our client has an excellent opportunity to join their helpdesk team based at Syston, near Leicester. The role requires experience of a helpdesk environment as well as technical ability and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for an individual that has made a positive contribution to an IT team previously, who is looking for their next challenge. There are good opportunities to progress your career within the business, it is a small IT team with high visibility and so those who perform well do not go unnoticed! You will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to review, implement and follow processes and guidelines. The role will be a mixture of day to day support and project work. There is a weekend on-call requirement as part of a rota – callouts are infrequent and there is a £35 per day allowance for being on call, plus time and a half on Saturday and double time on Sunday if you are called out.
