A retained executive search assignment to source a CIO to be based at JCB’s global headquarters in Uttoxeter.
This was a complex project. We used a combination of headhunting, social media sourcing, and traditional advertising to identify the best available talent from both the active and passive candidate markets.
After a very comprehensive screening process and several interview rounds we placed two people, one to head up internal IT and the other to take control of JCB’s digital services.
