We are very happy to pay £250 referral fees. If you know someone who is looking for work in IT, please refer them to us, whether or not we are currently advertising a suitable role.
If they weren't already on our books and we place them in a permanent job within 3 months of the referral date, we will pay you £250 when their probation period is up. Probation periods usually last for 3 months, but can be more, or less than this.
If they weren't already on our books and we place them in a contract role with an initial duration of 3 months or more, we will pay you £250 after they have been working in that contract for 3 months.
- You are responsible for any tax due on the referral amount;
- You must have the permission of the person you are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You will indemnify Blues Point for any loss or claim if you don't gain the consent of the person you refer;
- The person you refer must not be on our books already, and must not have applied to the job independently before you make the referral;
- You can't refer yourself!
We are very happy to pay for referrals. If you want to get involved, either let us know the contact details of the person you are referring, or get them to contact us, being sure to get them to mention your name when they do.
