IT Headhunting Services
We know that when it comes to hiring the best IT talent, if they’re on the job boards, it’s usually too late. Experienced IT professionals don’t stay on the market for very long, and there is intense competition for them. Our solution? Engage them before they start actively looking for work.
So we don’t just talk to candidates whose CVs are readily available on public job sites. We proactively seek out passive candidates – who represent more than three-quarters of the market. By using a combination of advertising, searching, marketing and headhunting, we can be very selective about who we put forward. The result is a better choice for our clients, and candidates who are less likely to be snapped up by your competitors.
Technical Testing
Once we’ve sourced the right candidate, and they look like they have good experience on paper, we recommend getting a real idea of their technical ability by putting them through an IKM TeckChek assessment.
By offering this as part of our IT recruitment services, our clients have a much better understanding of where their candidate’s strengths lie and what that person will need to work on in the future.
Psychometric Testing
The recruitment process only offers limited opportunity to really get to know your candidate. It is often difficult to get a real sense of how somebody would fit into your business. Instead of chancing it, we offer behavioural assessments.
Behavioural assessments are brilliant when hiring, as well as post-placement for aiding in effective management. We offer a number of different assessments, each suited to different scenarios.
Video Recruitment Services
One of the key ways that we access passive candidates is via the medium of video. We use software called Hinterview which allows us to send short introductions, known as Hintros, as well as interview candidates remotely on your behalf.
Using this software we can improve the efficiency and quality of the recruitment process for our clients.
