Video Recruitment Services

One of the key ways that we access passive candidates is via the medium of video. We use software called Hinterview which allows us to send short introductions, known as Hintros, as well as interview candidates remotely on your behalf.

Using this software we can improve the efficiency and quality of the recruitment process for our clients.
