We know that when it comes to hiring the best IT talent, if they’re on the job boards, it’s usually too late. Experienced IT professionals don’t stay on the market for very long, and there is intense competition for them. Our solution?  Engage them before they start actively looking for work.

So we don’t just talk to candidates whose CVs are readily available on public job sites.  We proactively seek out passive candidates – who represent more than three-quarters of the market.  By using a combination of advertising, searching, marketing and headhunting, we can be very selective about who we put forward.  The result is a better choice for our clients, and candidates who are less likely to be snapped up by your competitors.

Video Recruitment Services

One of the key ways that we access passive candidates is via the medium of video. We use software called Hinterview which allows us to send short introductions, known as Hintros, as well as interview candidates remotely on your behalf.
