We have recently implemented a training plan for all IT staff with the help of Blues Point. The training involved individual assessments focusing on motivation with the team. The assessments ran by PPA and Thomas provided us with both the validation and tools to keep the team highly motivated and identify not only individuals that need help but also the specifics about why they may not be currently motivated. It improved self-awareness within the team and also gave an element of self-fulfilment with the individuals as they are now aware of what motivates them and what they need to stay focused.

We recruit technical roles through Blues Point, and all candidates now take the appropriate test before we interview them. The tests definitely add something to the process and they are a good indicator of a candidate’s actual technical ablility. We have also benchmarked some of our support team using them and it’s been a good way of identifying internal training needs.
We incorporated the IKM TeckChek tests into our recruitment process in order to validate a candidate’s technical skill set. The tests were easy to implement and results were delivered quickly, allowing the Hiring Managers to reduce risk and confirm the technical skills of the candidates leading to quick and successful recruitment.
Alex provided an excellent service when I needed to recruit permanent software developers with a specific skill-set.
