Alex provided an excellent service when I needed to recruit permanent software developers with a specific skill-set. He was able to provide a lot of added value, for example by performing some first round interviews using Competency Based Interview techniques. One of Alex’s key strengths is that he is low-key and definitely not your typical pushy recruiter – he is there when you need him, but not “in your face” all the time.
