Essential Experience/ Technical Requirements
• Support Windows Server 2008 to 2019
• Proficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and RDS
• Proven experience in Azure and VMware with the ability to setup, maintain and troubleshoot servers
• Support Citrix XenApps environment, including NetScaler’s, Citrix Brokers and application servers
• Support O365 in a hybrid environment
• Proven experience in Proxy technologies
• Knowledge of Veeam backup solution
• Working knowledge of Certificate Services
• OS deployment mechanisms

Role
You will be an integral part of a specialist technical team, personally responsible for delivering key elements of a managed support service for a high-profile client. The role will provide an opportunity to build on your strong technical background and to obtain practical experience of innovative IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:-
• Support Windows Server 2008 to 2019
• Proficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and RDS
• Proven experience in Azure and VMware with the ability to setup, maintain and troubleshoot servers
• Support Citrix XenApps environment, including NetScaler’s, Citrix Brokers and application servers
• Support O365 in a hybrid environment
• Proven experience in Proxy technologies
• Knowledge of Veeam backup solution
• On-call working requirement for a minimum of 1 week per month.

Desirable Experience/ Technical Requirements
• Good understanding of Microsoft Window 7 and 10 desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of Cloud storage solutions such as box.com
• Agile working environment experience
• Achieved, or be working towards, an MCSE or any Citrix certification
• Experience of creating high quality technical documentation and reports
